ALASKA FISHING TRIPS
World-class Alaska fishing trips for trophy salmon on the Kasilof and Kenai River. Join us for King, Sockeye and Silver Fishing on the Kenai Peninsula. Our 20’ drift boats are ideal for back trolling, bobber fishing and spin fishing for pacific salmon.
ALASKA SALMON FISHING: KASILOF TRIPS
Our Alaska Salmon Fishing Trips on the Kasilof River include early season (May/June) fishing on the Kasilof River for King Salmon. We also target late-run Kings on the Kasilof during the month of July. Depending on the strength of the King run, we also have opportunities to fish for Sockeye Salmon on the slower days on much of the Kasilof drainage.
During the fall months of August, September and October, Silver Salmon are on our radar. We back troll, spin fish and bobber fish for these acrobatic, hard-fighting fall fish on the upper and lower Kasilof.
KING SALMON FISHING TRIPS
King Salmon seasons run from mid-May through the end of July. Our first run fish has populations of both hatchery Kings as well as wild, naturally producing Kings. Depending on regulations, we fish for King Salmon through this whole window using back trolling techniques. Fishing for King Salmon means landing big fish!
SILVER SALMON FISHING TRIPS
Silver Salmon are one of our favorite fish to target. Generally starting in early August, we fish hard for Silvers throughout the fall months of August, September and October.
Silvers will strike lures, bait and flies.
SOCKEYE SALMON FISHING TRIPS
Sockeye Salmon are pound-for-pound the hardest fighting salmon in Alaska. Known for their sheer strength, rod and reel breaking abilities and fast runs, they are a ton of fun to chase. Limits are usually liberal for Sockeye as they are plentiful.
The Kasilof River will see a very good run of Sockeye Salmon starting in late June and usually ends by the first or second week of August.
